Just what I needed

The built in calendar is pretty good but, unbelievably, lacks copy/paste for appointments. This fixes that defect and offers a nicer more convenient interface for completing various requirements like day, time etc.
I did need to buy the reminders upgrade as I like multiple alerts for upcoming appointments; but, apart from that it is complete.
The one area that is not quite as good as the built in calendar is offering locations; but its minor compared to all the benefits.
One complaint: most of my appointments are not All Day and before I can enter a start and end time I ALWAYS have to turn off the All Day toggle. No option to make it the default.
